AI-native production plans generated material as part of the filmmaking method from development onwards. Design, direction, shot development, editorial, approvals and delivery are organised around that approach.
What it means in production
The term does not mean that every task is automated or every frame is generated. A production can include filmed elements, conventional VFX, sound recording and other craft. The useful distinction is whether generation is an integrated production method rather than an isolated experiment added at the end. The team still needs a story, creative authority, a schedule and a way to revise and deliver the work.
